The Neighbors family began Executive Coffee Service in 1972 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This met remarkable success, and the Neighbors recognized the need for a customer oriented, professional coffee service in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In 1980, Executive Coffee Service began marketing quality products and superior customer service to the Tulsa area. This prompted the development of the "Java Dave's Coffee House" concept.
